The road to recovery

So, I've been laid out for a while after having Cubital Tunnel Release surgery. No, not Carpal Tunnel... Had that over a year ago. Same general idea, different part of the arm.

Despite the little bit of pain, I feel great! I can already move fingers on my right hand better than I've been able to in months...

I always heard the horror stories about Carpal and Cubital Tunnel surgeries, and so I went into both with more than a little trepidation, but this is an amazing turn around for me.

Hopefully I'll be back and posting longer blogs soon.

Well, crap...

That's it. The end of football season for me.

Well, the end of football-that-I-really-care-about season at the least.

The 'Phins were thoroughly overmatched in a game against the Ravens. I am proud, however, that they never gave up. They kept trying to plug away and get that ball into the endzone even when the end was in sight.

I'm very excited about what the new season of 'Phins football will hold with the draft and free agency coming up and a fantastic coaching staff and front office... Not to mention the heart on many of these overachieving players.

Great season for the Dolphins, though the end game was heartbreaking to watch.

So ready for the 09-10 season.

Why a Chameleon?

So... A chameleon, huh?

Why, you ask?

That's just me. I have always been able to fit in anywhere, with anyone. I don't feel I truly fit into any stereotype, but I have features of most of them.

I love sports: playing them and watching them.

I love roleplaying games and reading.

I love video games and movies.

Dancing to gothic music and techno. Mosh pits at a metal concert.

I'm a father and yet, sometimes, still a kid at heart.

I'm shy until you get me to open up, then you can't stop me.

This blog will be my attempt at opening myself up.

I may fail. But this is, at the least, an attempt.
